What should I do if my delivery is damaged or I received the wrong product?
If your order is delivered damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer service immediately at support@nestura-home.com. Include photos of the damage or incorrect item with your email. Do not return the item before sending photos. We will review your claim, and upon approval, we will replace the item free of charge.
What should I do if the item doesn't fit or I no longer want it?
Please contact our customer service team at support@nestura-home.com within 14 days of receiving your item(s). We will work with you to find the best solution. If a return is required, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.
Can I exchange my order?
We do not accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the current item and place a new order. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
